Delivery Options Overview
We offer flexible delivery options across Canada to meet your needs. Choose from Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) for cost-effective delivery, or Express Shipping (1–3 business days) when you need your order faster. All orders are processed within 1 business day when items are in stock. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Exchange or Return of Goods
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns:
- Most unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals.
- Opened or used parts may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 20%) or may not be eligible for return, depending on the condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Installed components
- Custom-built PCs or services
- Software (opened or activated licenses)
Return Process:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
- We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

Let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
FAQs
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to cancel or modify the shipment.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Used or installed components typically cannot be returned, but may be eligible for a partial refund with a restocking fee, depending on their condition. Contact support for assessment.
Custom builds and services are non-refundable, unless defective. Please review your configuration carefully before submitting your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
